Are you out of college, or old enough to be? Are you starting a career or family? Or just trying to survive each day?
Are you looking for other people like you, who are exploring how to launch life while being a passionate Christ-follower? Then "The Commons" has been formed with you in mind.
Welcome to The Commons
The Commons is a mid-week gathering for single and married young adults. We desire to provide a place for young adults to connect and build friendships that will help them in their journey of faith. We are committed to growing our devotion to Jesus Christ and living as He did, for the sake of the world. Simply put we desire to live out three core ideas:
Connection: Meet other young adults
Transformation: Live more like Christ
Kingdom: Serve like Christ in our community
Come join other young adults on Tuesday nights at 6:30 p.m. for Bible study, discussion, and prayer. We meet in the 290’s on the Main Campus. Childcare is provided.

"Spiritual Formation"
It has been said that we often overestimate what we can do in a day, but
underestimate what happens in a year. This is true as we look at our life of
faith. God is constantly forming and shaping us as we learn to walk with Christ.
Yet, often the most significant work that God is doing is buried deep within our
hearts. In our latest series, we are slowing down and spending significant time
paying attention to our hearts and the work that God is doing there. To do this
we are looking at areas of Jesus' life that kept him balanced and formed in his
relationship with the Father. Each week we are: looking at a significant area of
Jesus' life; learning from it; and practicing spiritual exercises to help us
develop it in our own lives.
