Tech
Tech BoothRolling Hills Covenant's weekend services are primarily worship, in keeping with Jesus' commandment to "love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment." (Matthew 22:37, 38 NIV) The many performances that are produced at RHCC, such as Pageant of Our Lord, Theater 5:16 and Christmas programs, are our outreach into the world in obedience to Jesus' commission: "Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." (Matthew 28:19 NIV)

The Technical Crew supports these worship and outreach activities by providing the staging and environment whereby people entering the Worship Center can clearly and comfortably see, hear and participate in the worship and presentations. Moreover, through audio and video recordings, we endeavor to extend these activities beyond the confines of the Worship Center.

Volunteer Opportunities

If you enjoy being a part of a team that works hard, takes their responsibility seriously, and enjoys experiencing how technology and staging contribute to the work of the Lord, we would love to have you join us!

On-the-job training, mentoring, and job shadowing is conducted on an on-going basis for each of the below listed crew assignments. The RHCC Technical Crew consists of over 100 volunteers in the following areas:
  • Audio-visual (photographers, projectionists, and programmers)
  • Lighting
  • Sound (recording and reinforcement)
  • Stage (stagehands, riggers, carpenters, etc)
  • Video (live and recording)
  • Technical equipment maintenance
From this pool of volunteers, a crew for each required discipline is assigned to each service or event.

If you have a servant heart and would like to join our team of volunteers please let us know. No experience necessary! Training is provided!
