Here at RHCC we have many different opportunities for people to serve on our church campus. Good with kids? Perhaps consider volunteering in Children's Ministries on the weekends during services or serve as an Impact Leader for the high school group. Have a technical background? We are always in need of those with sound, light, or video expertise.

Come help our junior highers navigate successfully through the beginning teen years by leading them in a small group on Wednesday nights. It's an amazing opportunity to build relationships and show God's love through intimate connection with 7th and 8th graders. Leading a group is a two-year commitment that starts with 7th grade. Each group is made up of 8-10 students based on grade and gender. For more information contact Pastor Lloyd Gilbert at 310.521.2537.
Ministers of Pastoral Care (MPCs)
Based on the biblical truth that every Christian is a minister, Ministers of Pastoral Care are people called and gifted by God to care for the "pastoral" needs of of the family of God. They serve with our pastoral staff to bring love, truth, compassion, and the resources of the body of Christ in times of sickness, bereavement and challenge. Pastor John Thill and Mrs. Janet McCardle give leadership to this ministry. Contact Cathie Freeman at 310.521.2516.
