Director of College Ministries
Rolling Hills Covenant Church is searching for a gifted
person with a passion for student ministries to fill the full time position of Director of
College Ministries.
This person will be responsible for the shepherding of
college students both present at RHCC and those that are away at different
schools, and to create outreach opportunities at the local community colleges.
This person must be a team player, self-starter and highly relational to both
minister to college students and recruit and train volunteer staff to raise
students to be life long followers of Christ, integrating them into the life of
the church.
The Student Ministries at RHCC is a large, multi-faceted
department that works in close relationship with one another, so the candidate
must possess strong gifts of leadership and organization. We are searching for
a talented and creative communicator with both a deep understanding of
scripture and the world that our college students live in.
Rolling Hills Covenant Church Rolling Hills Covenant Church is a church of 2500 weekly
attenders, and is member of the Evangelical Covenant denomination, and just celebrated
its 54th year. We place a very high value on the preaching of the Bible as the Word of
God, on the global and local outreach and evangelism of the church, and being a
multi-cultural expression of the body of Christ. We pride ourselves in our Student and Children’s

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years experience in Student
Ministries either as a volunteer/paid staff. Requires a proven track record of
effectiveness in preaching, recruiting, equipping and mobilizing paid and
volunteer staff for ministry. Requires interpersonal, time management and team
building skills and highly motivated to pursue relationships with college
students.
