God calls us to pray – to humbly come before Him, trusting in His sovereign goodness, mercy and grace, and bring to Him our worship, our concerns, and our petitions. And He promises He'll answer according to His perfect wisdom and timing.

"The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective" James 5:16

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7
