We are pleased to now offer through the church website a new function called WebView: A secure view of your Personal RHCC Profile, Online Giving, Service Opportunities & Survey, and the RHCC Church Directory.
In a completely secure environment, WebView enables you to give to the church through online financial transactions (through credit cards, savings or checking accounts), track your financial giving, find serving opportunities, update your information in the church database, view the online church directory, and update the church database with information relevant to how you would like to contribute your time and talents to the Lord. It’s convenient, easy to use, and a great tool to keep us connected as a church body.
To access WebView, click on ‘WebView’ at the top menu (next to Prayer Requests & Praise Reports) of RHCC’s website. This will redirect you to the WebView Home tab, where you can login. For your protection, only RHCC congregants currently in the church database are authorized to login. You will be asked to provide:
1) Your e-mail address (the primary e-mail address where you receive church e-mails).
If you do not have an e-mail address on record with the church, please fill out a yellow card during worship services, or send us an e-mail This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and include your full name, e-mail address, and mailing address (to verify the e-mail address is assigned correctly in the database).
2) Your password. If you have not received a password yet, you may request it on the WebView site.
NOTE: To request a password, click on WebView at the top menu (next to Prayer Requests & Praise Reports). This will redirect you to the secure WebView site. Under ‘Forget your password?’ click on ‘Have it e-mailed to you.’ A new window opens. Enter your email address and click ‘Continue’. One of two messages will appear: a) ‘Passwords are being sent’ or b) ‘ There are no users with email addresses in the criteria you selected. No emails will be sent.’ Either way, click ‘Cancel’ to close this window. If we have your email address in our database you will receive a password. If we do not have it, you will receive the second message, in which case you need to send us an e-mail to request access to WebView. Please include your full name, e-mail address, and mailing address (to verify the e-mail address is assigned correctly in the database).
The administrator will send you login information and instructions within a few days. The password sent to you is a randomly auto-generated password which you may change after logging in the first time.
