Director of Contemporary Worship
Full-time position with benefits Rolling Hills Covenant Church is currently seeking a full-time Director to lead weekend worship during our services, develop a teen choir, and be responsible for managing and developing the musical and vocal capabilities of several contemporary worship bands and ensembles. Will be responsible for providing spiritual leadership and direction to contemporary musicians/vocalists as well as managing musical responsibilities.

Full time position with benefits
Rolling Hills Covenant Church is currently seeking a full-time Director to coordinate the technical direction of all lighting, sound, audio-visual, video, staging, and stage management for all regular and special events.
Qualified candidates must displays proficiency in all worship technology: live audio, engineering, studio audio, editing (Cubase, Peak LE), computer graphic manipulation (Adobe Creative Suite software or comparable), video editing and production (Final Cut Pro or comparable), Internet media usability (Itunes, YouTube), video presentations (Media Shout, PowerPoint and Mac/Windows operating systems), theatrical lighting, staging and production.
The successful candidate will recruit, lead, train, equip and evaluate volunteer and paid tech team. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, written/verbal communication and technical skills are required. A minimum of five years experience as a Technical Director is desired.

Provide leadership for the Early Childhood Ministry, 2 years old through kindergarten including recruiting volunteer staff, evaluating curriculum, monitoring staff, and supervises the outdoor play areas, among other key responsibilities. Responsible for the weekend program that support our various worship services, as well as mid-week programs including evening events. Coordinates at least three annual special events: Angel Breakfast (Christmas), Resurrection Journey (Easter), and Mission Adventure (early Spring). This is an exempt position and is benefitted.
