Do you ever wonder whether God needs us? He does! He needs us to be the hands and feet of His Son Jesus to go out into the community and help those in need. This is where servant evangelism comes in. Servant evangelism does not require experience as an evangelist or even having in-depth knowledge of the Bible—it's about going into our community and sharing God's love in practical ways through simple acts of kindness. Some of those acts are helping in classrooms in our local schools or visiting those who live in convalescent homes or perhaps spending time with a boy who is fatherless and needs someone to hang out or play catch with him.
 
As we meet the real needs of the community, we can build bridges with the unsaved and create opportunities to share what Jesus has done for us. And through the power of the Holy Spirit, God will use us to make a difference in the lives of others.
